is a professional manufacturer of The Connectors, mainly including
Terminals, Housings, PVC Sleeves, Wiring Harness. We is located
in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, near to Whenzhou port and the
airport, enjoying convenient transportation access.

Application
Field
We are specialized in producing terminals, housings, soft sleeves
and wire harnesses, which range four series, including more than
1,000 kinds of products. They are widely used for airconditioner,
refrigerators, washing machines, computers and many other household
appliances, as well as automotive electric products. Presently,
We directly or indirectly have cooperation with domestic home appliance
giant brand Midea, Hair, Gree, Granze, and the world famous brand
Emerson, Sumsung, LG, Panasonic, Hyundai, GM. And we have established
the partner relations with FCI, ECI, NT whom are famous in the global
connector industry.
Production Capacity
Presently, we have Punching, Injection, Dipping, and Wiring harness
assembling workshops. Annual capacity for Terminals is above 4billion
PCs, Housings above 1 billion PCs, PVC Sleeves above 1 billion PCs,
and Wiring Harness above 20 million sets;In 2008, we start to implement
the ERP system in the entire company scope, through with the advanced
management idea's conformity, we will further promote the quickly
reaction capability under the JIT model.
Technical Strength
We accumulates near 20 year precision tooling development and manufacture
experience, we have 80 experienced technicians. Through the technical
improvement project, we imported a lot of equipments for tooling
developing, processing and inspecting. The annual tooling development
capacity is above 200 sets. We have widely participated in the international
and domestic technological exchange and the cooperation in the products
design, the tooling development design. We are leading the development
and process level of tooling in domestic connector industries'
Quality Assurance
We takes the "making the best connectors in China" as
long-term quality object. In 2000, we took the lead to be certificated
by the third part for ISO9001 quality system. Our main products
such as Terminals, Housings, PVC Sleeves have been UL certificated.
In 2004, to positively respond European Union "ROHS" instruct,
we have changed the entire serial products to be RoHS compliance.
Presently, we are introducing the TS16949/ISO14000/OHSAS18000 three-in-one
management system. As plan in 2009, we will be the third party certified.
